Livemoz robot can learn from human chat but it cannot learn from the website or documentation. We have started researching on that but to this point our robot is unable to learn by reading web pages or document files.

Our robot has certain logical reasoning abilities, which enable it to answer questions similar or relevant to ones that you have answered. However such abilities are limited and it lacks the sapience that humans possess. It cannot create new knowledge based the learned knowledge. As a result, it cannot answer some of questions that it hasn't learned about.

The robot cannot log onto your website and read data like a human. It has no access to the information that you can easily obtained from your websites such as user account settings.

To this end, Livemoz robot cannot give specific resolutions to any issues involving specific entities on your website, for example, user account, orders or user entries. It tries to help the clients as much as possible with general solutions.
