Adding operators

You can add any number of operators to your live chat group.

To add your colleagues as operator,

  1. Log onto your account.
  2. Go to My home.
  3. Click Add operators link.
  4. Enter the email addresses of your colleagues and submit.

Your colleagues will receive a email message, which will guide them to sign up and join your group. They can then start chatting with the clients immediately.

Scheduling multiple operators
When an operator click Chat link, s/he is added to the queue of working operator. Each working operator can chat with up to two clients at the same time. When more than one operators are available, the new clients are assigned the operators whose load (number of active chat) are the lower at a higher priority.
