Evaluating performance

You can easily evaluate the performance of your robot when you train her, i.e. when you chat with the clients. When a client sends a message, your robot will provide her reply as the default message in your chat box. If you're satisfied it, press Enter to send it. Otherwise you can edit it as you want.

When you're satisfied with the performance, subscribe to Livemoz Pro plan and your robot will start chatting with the clients immediately.

Subscription level

Livemoz Pro subscription levels are totally customizable. You can choose any amount (committed monthly spending) for your account based on your traffic volume, budget, and conversion tactics.

If you have no idea on what an amount to choose, we recommend you start by the following estimation.

Chats = Traffic x Engagement Rate

The engagement rates may vary depending on the nature of websites. However generally to say, the large websites the lower engagement rate, as the table below indicates.

Operator priority

When your human operators and robot are available at the same time, system assign clients to the human operators at a higher priority. The clients are assign to the robot only when there are no idle human operators.
