Even you're very satisfied with the performance of your robot, you shall review the transcripts regularly. The reason is your business is dynamic. Your robot needs to learn from you continuously to perform well all time.
In addition, reviewing transcripts enables you to obtain the first hand data about your clients on quickly. Such data are not available anywhere else. The more you review the transcripts, the better you understand your clients (keep in mind they are changing!), the more improvement you can bring to your business.
To review the chat log,
- Log onto your account
- go to My home.
- Click Chat log link.
Handling changes
It's inevitable your change the business policies now and then. When such changes occur, you give a notice to your colleagues so that they can use the correct information to interact with the customers. So how do you inform your robot about the changes?
Just review the chat log and give "Better reply" according to the new business policies. The robot will update her "mind" accordingly and use correct information when chatting with clients.
